Thank you to all the families who came to our Literacy Night last Thursday. It was fascinating to hear from a real author and a real illustrator about what it take to write and illustrate a book. Those that came to "Books with a Beat" with Mrs. Darling and I, it was fun seeing you there and playing the instruments with you.
Thanks to Mrs. Wassum (Ellie's grandma), who gave each student a copy of the book The Adventures of Taxi Dog. It is a darling book and is your child's to enjoy.
This Wednesday at 7:15 am, we are having parents, paperbacks and pastries. A parent gets to come with their child to read a book and have a breakfast pastry.
