Week 34

Reading logs and online math homework are due every Monday.  The students also have a reading comprehension page that will be due each Friday.

Here are a few things we will be doing this week:
Language Arts:

• Review long vowel spellings:  ai, ay, ee, ea, y, igh, oa, ow, ue
• Dictation Sentences: None this week

• Word Wall Words -Review using the words
• Comprehension - self monitoring
• Writing - proofreading

Math:

• Review of adding strategies - doubles, doubles plus 1, doubles plus 2, making 10 to add 8,  making 10 to add 9.
• TEST  Tuesday
• Subtraction strategies
• Problem solving
• Graphs

Social Studies/Science/Art

• Changes in the sun and moon
•
