Please remember to read everyday, mark on reading log, and keep track of the titles of books read for our 100 book contest.

Reading logs and Math homework are due every Monday.

Here is a peek about a few things we will do in class this regular week:

•  Language Arts: 
• Spelling: Test Friday
• (Green Group) ip, op, ap word families  -  List of words
• (Orange Group) distinguish between w_, h_ and wh_ words - List of words
• Dictation sentences:  
  1.         We will eat all the dip first.
  2.       Why did every paper fall and rip.
• Word Wall -  all, first, eat, call, every, never, paper, shall, why    (read and spell)
• Comprehension - Main idea, details, summarize
• Math:  
• 5 and 10 relationships (How many more than 5 is 8? How many fewer than 10 is 7?)
•  Social Studies/Science/Art
• All about Thanksgiving

Congratulations to Ellie who earned 1st place and Ruby who earned 2nd place for literature in the Reflections Contest!  Congratulations to Alex and Aiden who received recognition for their entries also in literature!
